Shipping

All of our candles are handmade to order. Each order will be ready to ship out within 5-7 business days. We ship by USPS First Class, which generally takes 3-5 days to arrive within the US. International orders could take anywhere from 10-14 days to arrive.

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for us to re-ship.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 48 hours of arrival. Please contact us at info@bluewinestudio.com

If you want to cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of your order time. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed if package has already left our facility.
