Our business hours are monday-friday 9am-5pm excluding holidays. Please understand that we are trying our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Messages received after hours will be answered the next business day.

All of our candles are handmade to order. Each order will be ready to ship out within 1-3 business days. We ship by USPS First Class, which generally takes 3-5 days to arrive within the US. International orders could take anywhere from 10-14 days to arrive.

We are always here to help you! If your item is received damaged, please email us at info@bluewinestudio.com within 14 days of arrival. Send us a message with the picture of the damaged item, and we will take care of everything you need! bluewine studio will handcraft another item for you and ship out as soon as possible.
