Hello, everyone!

I'm pretty excited and nervous at the same time for my very first blog. If you haven't seen us before, my name is Hannah and I'm the creator behind bluewine studio, sister owned small business in Southern California. Growing up in California, Hanbi, my sister and I've always dreamed of having our own studio and creating what we love, which led us to start our own business back in 2018. At our studio, we make candles, collect everything aesthetic for home decor, work on fun projects, and more!

Now that we are five years into our business and it's already half way through 2023, I decided it's time to break out of my comfort zone. While our Instagram page has been a great platform for sharing our love for aesthetic lifestyle featuring our handmade candles and minimal home decor collection, I couldn't help but feel there was something missing. I felt like I wasn't connecting to the audience. So here I am ready to share my experiences, thoughts, and passions with all of you! 

To be honest, blogging was never an option for me. Writing hasn't been a part of my life since my university days and expressing myself through words has always been difficult. But deep down, writing and talking about myself was something I always wanted to do. It takes courage to open up and share your experiences with the world that I've come to realize that this blog might be the perfect next step for me. I want to build a community with an authentic and genuine connection.

I'm still unsure where this blog will take me, but I'm excited to see where it leads. For now, I'll be sharing bits and pieces of my life lately - the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Stay tuned for my upcoming posts, where I'll talk about the creative process behind our candles, tips for small business owners, designing aesthetic home, and so much more.
